Young Champions Program

 

 

Our Youth Boxing Program is designed for today’s kids, ages 7-14. At the Eight Count Boxing and Fitness Club, boys and girls become more confident as they learn self-defense techniques and discipline during fun, exciting and challenging classes. We provide children with a safe and clean fitness environment that allows them to progress at their own pace. As their fitness level increases, so will their self-esteem, coordination, control, teamwork and respect for others. Within each age group there are nine different levels of accomplishments designated by different colored armbands. In order to advance to the next level, or earn the next armband, students must pass a physical fitness test and successfully complete a technique demonstration. On average, students participate in two to four months of training before they are ready to advance to the next level.

 

Youth Initial Assessments

The assessment takes about 30 minutes to complete, it's free and will give us an idea your child's athletic ability. The process will also give you the opportunity see the intro part of what we do. 5:30 pm Tuesdays and Thursday are kids initial assessment times. After completing the assessment and membership, daily 5:30 and hourly, the gym is an open gym for our youth, complete with instruction from a qualified trainer to help all kids in a group setting acheive their goals. PLEASE CALL ahead to set up the initial assessment. 

Kids who are part of this group are at a monthly rate $70.00.
